- All of Bruno's products are free of extenders, by-products, preservatives, MSG and artificial flavors.
- Bruno's uses only the highest quality ingredients to ensure optimal flavor and freshness.
Bruno has over 28 years of experience in the finest gourmet kitchens all over the world.
He trained in France with world renowned chefs Paul Bocuse, Alain Ducasse and Gaston Lenotre; then in England at the London Hilton.
In 1986 Bruno was recruited by Walt Disney Word in central Florida. He has also served as head chef for Le Coq Au Vin and Le Provence.
